Sales Engineer

Status Solutions’ “Feed the Machine program is an employee development path designed to build exceptional Sales Engineers, by grounding them first in hands-on customer experience. Employees begin with a minimum six-month immersion in Customer Support, where they gain a deep understanding of our products, customers, and operational environment. After completing this foundational phase, participants transition into the Sales Engineer role, supporting the full sales lifecycle with technical and consultative expertise.

A Sales Engineer at Status Solutions serves as a technical and strategic partner to both the Sales and Customer/Operations teams. This role is customer-facing and supports the full sales lifecycle by conducting site assessments, validating technical requirements, demonstrating solutions, and ensuring proposed designs align with customer needs, safety goals, and operational realities. Sales Engineers bridge the gap between customer challenges and Status Solutions’ situational awareness technology by translating real-world environments into scalable, effective solutions that drive confidence, adoption, and long-term success.
