Sales Engineer

Status Solutions’ “Feed the Machine program is an employee development path designed to build exceptional Sales Engineers, by grounding them first in hands-on customer experience. Employees begin with a minimum six-month immersion in Customer Support, where they gain a deep understanding of our products, customers, and operational environment. After completing this foundational phase, participants transition into the Sales Engineer role, supporting the full sales lifecycle with technical and consultative expertise.

A Sales Engineer at Status Solutions serves as a technical and strategic partner to both the Sales and Customer/Operations teams. This role is customer-facing and supports the full sales lifecycle by conducting site assessments, validating technical requirements, demonstrating solutions, and ensuring proposed designs align with customer needs, safety goals, and operational realities. Sales Engineers bridge the gap between customer challenges and Status Solutions’ situational awareness technology by translating real-world environments into scalable, effective solutions that drive confidence, adoption, and long-term success.

Sales Apprentice

We are looking for Sales Apprentices to support our mission and overall business success! Our Sales Apprentices will train, for 10 weeks, with our existing Franchise team and/or Franchisee to recruit and locate local businesses and organizations to participate in a membership program that helps fund local situational awareness investments for schools. By selling local memberships, Apprentices will be able get hands-on experience with networking, sales, and gain valuable insight to an entrepreneurial career pathway. The long term goal is for you to become a Franchisee and own your own business and territory to continue our mission.
Successful candidates must be self-motivated, goal driven, and a natural networker. If this sounds like you or someone you know let’s talk!
Your Day to Day:
  • Prospect with local businesses and/or organizations to support local situational awareness investments.
  • Conduct research and prospect for lead generation.
  • Sell Status Solutions Network directory memberships to hit a target and raise community engagement.
  • Work collaboratively to generate new ideas, leads, and strategies with the local Franchise team and/or Franchisee.
  • Documents all customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner in Salesforce.
  • Attends Networking Events to support lead generation.
  • Build relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador for Status Solutions Network and Status Solutions to evangelize the mission, vision, and purpose consistently and effectively.
