Network Operations Center (NOC)

Network Operations Center (NOC) Services provides reliability via remote supervision and back up. You can be assured that your system will always be up and running with remote system supervision and backup being provided by Status Solutions.  The three levels of supervision include system level, integration level and device level. As new updates are made available, upgrades can be made to your software remotely. In the event that a disaster occurs, Status Solutions will be able to perform a remote recovery to help retrieve and restore your valuable information.

At Home with SARA

At Home with SARA enables you to offer residents in the community at large a Home Living solution by extending the power of SARA to at-home residents.  Provide life safety, security and environmental monitoring by extending the capabilities you already have through SARA.  Secure future occupancy for your community by establishing relationships with at-home residents before they need your on-site services. Hands-Free Intercom

An intelligent auto answer speaker phone will answer calls from caregiver, SARA, family members, etc. Features include, 50 number memory for caller ID, device sits idle until call comes from matched number, hands-free speakerphone, volume controls (speaker, handset and ring tone), 6 one touch speed dial numbers, 10 two touch speed dial numbers, 1 emergency speed dial number.  Caller ID (CID) is required. Ideal for independent living cottages/ apartments.
