SARA is a simple to use, yet powerful alerting engine, which sends voice and text alerts to in-building pagers, email, telephones, radios, CCTV and paging systems. This allows both staff and residents to be notified of important events at any time, no matter where they are located. Staff members can quickly address safety and security concerns or environmental problems before they turn into emergencies. SARA is networked system which can be accessed from any PC that can access your Local Area Network.

Broadcast Resident Communication
Every community struggles with keeping residents aware of important events. SARA’s Automated Voice Reminders enable more efficient communication to residents and staff members. Sample alerts and reminders can include
- Security alerts
- Inclement weather warning
- Facility construction announcements
- Scheduled activities reminders
- Medicine reminders
These reminders can be scheduled and automatically sent via phone to designated residents and/ or staff members. The technology uses a “text-to-voice” capability which is integrated with the phone system. Regularly scheduled, recurring events can be entered into the system, or “Quick Messages” can be created. Quick Messages are an effective tool for last minute schedule changes or safety related information.
