Leverages SARA for mass notification of inclement weather

Description

Woodrow Wilson Rehab Center in Virginia uses SARA for alerting of emergency events.  Blue Alert is for a weather emergency notification and Yellow Alert is for a hostile intruder emergency notification.  Both alerts activate horns and strobes, and send out an enormous number of emails, text via email, and phone calls to students and staff notifying them of these events.  After the alert has been cleared, SARA also then calls back out to all students and staff to notify that them the alert has been cleared.
